Canberra Day

It's a holiday enjoyed by only 300 000 people worldwide, and, well, all of them are in Canberra.

But when you think about it - why does the ACT enjoy so many more public holidays than anyone other state/territory? Could it be because the upper levels of the public service are mostly located here?

Ahh well, happy Canberra Day everyone
